But I have to admit, this sudden urge for home appliances is probably my inner self compensating for selfish purchases made over the weekend. First, I noticed some fun heels on another blog and instantly fell in love. Found them at Topshop and I attempted to buy them online and in return TopShop denied me. It declined my card, a card I knew had money on it. I checked the addresses and all the information again and it still declined me a second time. So, I then desperately attempted to pay by paypal in which it denied me again. It was then that I concluded that Topshop for Americans suck. Unable to bear the unfortunate events of not attaining the shoes I now HAD to have, I went to Chanel, armed with a gift certificate from my birthday determined not to spend too much. But I did.

While I orginally had my eyes on a black boot calf length, that also folded over into a bootie - these stole the show. Different then anything in my closet, I wore them out Friday with a long sleeve, ankle-length navy dress and a black floppy hat. But this is not where my purchases ended for the weekend...
Thankfully, my girlfriends were visiting NY and just happened to be in Topshop Saturday and I just happened to email them the picture of the boots, and they just happeend to find a 8.5 in these:

They should be boarding a plane right now. Buyer's remorse? Never. Wallet guilt? Yes. I now have to attempt not to shop for the next 8 days before I board a plane to Tokyo... and then - there, it is all fair game.
